All you need to file Income Tax Return for Income Tax Year 2023-2024 –

Personal Information:

1. Photocopy of E-TIN certificate.
2. Photocopy of NID.
3.  One Copy of Passport size photo

Job Information:

1. Salary certificate.
2. Bank statement from 01-07-2022 to 30-06-2023.
3. Provident fund info. (if any)

Business Information:

1. Trade License
2. Annual sales and income statement
3. Statement of assets and liabilities
4. Bank statement

Investment information:

1. D.P.S (if any)
2. Insurance certificate (if any).
3. Share Market Investment (if any)
4. Savings Certificate - (if any)

Statement of Assets and Liabilities:

1. House, Apartment (if in own name)
2. Land, Car, Furniture, Electronics, etc. (if in own name)
3. Bank Loan info. (if in own name)
4. Others Loan (if in own name).

Notes: If you have filed returns earlier then a photocopy of that return is required.
